XD Drop bears are this local myth thing we used to use to scare foreigners in this country. The story goes that a drop bear looks exactly like a koala until the moment it leaps out of the tree and crushes you to death. All complete garbage, of course, but apparently it used to lead to lot of gullible Americans taking the long way around any tree they saw with a koala in it. *g* Mind you, some of the Scottish stories about what kind of animal a 'hagus' is are just as good.

There's enough different stuff at somewhere like Movie World that there'll probably be something worth looking at (and if not, I'm sure there's plenty of shade).

Well, just bring the map with you, I guess. And don't try to navigate by the McDonalds alone, you'll never know which one is which. =P
