There's a MFU cross-over with The Wild Wild West by Lady Ra, which I personally consider to be a wonderful introduction to the series. (In a very slashy way ^^) It's easy to read without knowing much about the series and by the end are very comfortable with the characters. http://archiveofourown.org/works/866383
Franzeska also did a vid which was more aimed at fans, but I liked it for showing me a lot of what The Wild Wild West looked like, which you don't get in a written fic as much. http://archiveofourown.org/works/4535667
If I ever get some spare time, I'm thinking of looking up the series. It does seem to go along with MFU well. ^^
