Or maybe it was just a sort of "Shit! Shasta's leaving the country! Quick, find all the cool people here who you only ever see through her and make them tell you where they live!" (Or, more realistically, how they can be contacted via the web. Same diff) reaction. Seriously though, if someone had dropped a bomb on that party, the Perth cosplay scene might never have been the same again.
...possibly there didn't need to be a 'seriously' at the start of that last sentence. Eh.
So, Hi to anyone new who may be reading this as a result of that party. I'm not usually active on LJ much, but I really do hope we'll all get to catch up sometime soon. ^_^
