OMGWTFBBQ?!

Out on the web somewhere I remember once seeing someone comment about how cool it'd be if they ever did Guilty Gear as an RPG style game - maybe set somewhere earlier in the plot during the war or somewhere. And I took just long enough to go, 'oh yeah, that *would* be cool' before getting to the inevitable 'but like *that's* ever going to happen' part.

So I had to share this because I think my brain just melted.






Thoughts:

• I am going to have absolutely no idea what to make of this until there's more info out there.


• Since Sol's 1. The only recognisable character pictured, 2. In different clothes, 3. Not carrying the Fuuenken, this is almost definitely pre-series - and pre-Order Sol even. (Aha, how many plot threads left dangling after XX, and the first new game with any plot in years is pre-series. Doesn't that figure?)


• In case there is any confusion, the guy on the right hand side is not some utterly cracked version of Ky - his name's given as 'Sin' (and apparently there's been some kind of teaser relating to him around before). But between the hair and the colour scheme and the crosses he still looks so much like Ky that I'm coming up with a whole list of possible-but-unlikely connections between them already.


• But I don't want to buy an XBOX 360! ;_;

Now excuse me, I have to go poor my brain into a jar so I can stick it in the freezer until it solidifies again.

ETA: Scans of this thing are gradually getting bigger
ETA+: Image link for the bigger scan seems to be misbehaving, but the one from the bottom of the first post here seems to work consistently. (Plus, you get to see a whole thread of random fanboys being incoherrent about it all)

Speaking of which, which costumes *were* you taking to Japan this year? (If there is any info on this game there you will take *detailed* notes, right? Right?)

Well, I already wanted to make Sol's normal outfit. And this makes three! :)

I was planning on taking Axel and Sol. :) OH YES, DETAILED NOTES. And by "notes" I mean "photos for you and Lisa to translate later" ;P

Between the KH3 stuff and (hopefully) any GG Overture stuff, that's just about perfect.
